Usually have whey with some oats (bulk) but now I want to lose a bit of bodyfat I'm having just the whey but I woke up at 4 last night really hungry.
Any ideas on how to stop this?

Don't use whey before bed. Whey is quick digesting.

Use caseinated powder such as milk protein concentrate, or eat some cottage cheese or quark.

Get my protein's new Instant Milk protein (casein) as it mixes hell of a lot better than their old Milk Protein Concentrate (casein).

Or just eat a tub of Quark, cottage cheese or low fat yogurt for casein instead.

I've tried to have cottage cheese before bed but it makes me heave. Looking for an alternative..not sure its practical to cook steak every night though :)

Pot of Quark mixed with a sachet (or heaped teaspoon) of Options and a splash of milk.

A sweet-tasting treat for before bed.
