Heyy all i'm new to all this! so i'm looking for your expert advice please xD

This is a diet i created and stuck to for a week but found i was still really hungry and got sick of eating so many eggs..
Maybe the whole diet is completely wrong and therefore i'd like help for you how to fix it please.
How would i go about changing the diet so that i'm not eating the exact same thing everyday?
which stuff should i change and what should i change it to?

Well this is the Diet..

Approx 7:45a.m. - Wake Up…......Pint of Water

Drink Pint of Water - Water intake through the Day around 6 Pints

8:00a.m. - Work-Out……Cardiovascular Exercises

8:45a.m. - Breakfast............Kcal 324 - P 16g - C 57g - F 8g

3 Weetabix with
250ml semi-skimmed milk

Approx 1 Hour Later..........Kcal 312 - P 30g - C 20g - F 11g

6 Egg whites + 2 yolks scrambled + 25 ml semi-skimmed Milk
on 1 slice of wholemeal bread

10:30a.m. - Mid/late Morning..........Kcal 277 - P 22g - C 23g - F 6g

Wholemeal bread sandwich with
75g Chicken Tikka Mayonnaise

11:15a.m. - Snack……..Kcal 143 - P 7g - C 3g - F 11g

25g of dry-roasted peanuts (no salt)

11:45a.m. - Lunch..........Kcal 599 - P 44g - C 78g - F 12g

100g Pasta + 130g tuna mixed
together with pasta sauce

2:30p.m. - Mid Afternoon..........Kcal 179 - P 7g - C 14g - F 10g

3 x Crackerbread with peanut butter

4:30p.m. - Late Afternoon..........Kcal 288 - P 27g - C 26g - F 6g

Wholemeal bread sandwich with
75g Chicken Tikka Mayonnaise + 2 slices of ham

*eat some fruit*

6:00p.m. - Work-Out…..Weight Training

5 - 10 Minutes Post Workout.....Kcal 480 - P 65g - C 29g - F 9g

60g protein powder (****) + 450ml Milk (semi-skimmed)
blended with 1 banana + 1 weetabix

Approx 1 Hour Later..........Kcal 312 - P 30g - C 20g - F 11g

6 Egg whites + 2 yolks scrambled + 25ml semi-skimmed milk
on 1 slice of wholemeal bread


(20 Mins) Before sleep....Kcal 480 - P 65g - C 29g - F 9g

60g protein powder (****) + 450ml Milk (semi-skimmed)
blended with 1 banana + 1 weetabix

Overall Totals.............Kcal 3394 - P 307g - C 299g - F 93g


Please Help lol..

Btw I'm 191cm (6ft3) 203.4 lbs, 13.1% bf, 43.5% Muscle, 56.3% water.

that diet reads like an excel spreadsheet, i cant understand it its too hard on my eyes

have a read of the newbie article mate, may do you some good

lol ino there's no veg in there.. this diet is something i made up from looking at other peoples diets.. i thought it seemed a little weird that's why i asked for help..
i do eat vegitables nd stuff but i'm a complete newbie to this and it clearly shows :)..
