There is only one out of that lot that's been proven with protein claims. That's Reflex.

They're all good brands.

PhD = Made by Monster Sups, hence why they push it so much

ON Whey = the most popular Whey in the US, and a very good, tasty product

Reflex = established for donkey's years, very good quality, some interesting products too like Quattro

I'd also look at CNP and BSN.

BSN's Syntha 6 is GORGEOUS....in all the flavour's I've tried (Cookies & Cream, Choc and Banana), and CNP is renound as being of great quality. It's also *probably* the most popular "hardcore" UK brand. They have some very well designed products for most protein timings (e.g. pre-bed, all day snacking, post-workout).

To be honest, personally I'd just mix and match and try new things. All the brands you've posted are good - perhaps look at CNP and BSN too, and shop around for prices.

We too are in the process of getting independant tests on our products to verify what we already know so then there will be two with independantly proven claims then

Nice one Simon

Brands I would go with CNP, Boditronics and Reflex

BSN Syntha-6 if taste is the most important lol
