You've used a 15 stone ripped as an example, and that's not really fair - how about all the less obvious cases, which are probably the majority?

There may be differences, but those differences are nothing compared to the massive differences between everyone genetically speaking. So in other words, no I can't tell, and I've been around users of those drugs for more than a few years
I guess someone could conduct some twin studies on this. That might be interesting (for me and three other people in the world)

I dont think it is possible to accurately spot an aas user from a non aas user.
My PT looks amazing at the mo. Got fantastic posture, brilliant size and whenever he trains he turns heads everywhere.
I was almost convinced he would be on steds based on how he looks. I've asked him if he is and he said he just blasts his muscles into oblivion every session and eats well. He is 29 and has been training a few years. I think he is 5ft10 and just under 14 stone but believe me he looks much more. He said the only supplement he has ever used is CEE.
I think people assume young lads are on gear if they look good because they think there is no way a young lad could be so dedicated to trianing, diet rest etc.
I've been accused of using gear on numerous times by old mates from school. Obviously totally wrong however.

In my wholly unscientific experience of seeing pics people have posted on the net, I've often thought someone had a "look" that indicated they were using, then they went on to confirm this later down the line.
Like I said, totally unscientific and I doubt I'd have a clue in the "real" world. For some reason though I've been fairly accurate when I've seen pics of people on the net, no matter what their level of development. I think it's the reddish tinge and increased vascularity that send my thoughts in that direction.

There are some indications as mentioned (sudden onset of bloated look, acne, rapid muscle gain etc), but you can't be 100% sure.
You can't be 100% sure that Ronnie Coleman uses without seeing blood tests

No.
There is a guy at my gym who looks like he's on gear, GH, slin and every other medication going but is actually 100% natural and has been for the 20 years he's been training.
He's competing in the NABBA Midlands in 9 days time and, while not as ripped as you can get using meds, he's still in damn good shape and weighing a fully decarbed 17 stone at the moment.
He gets "gear" references and snide comments all the time and now takes it as a compliment.
