It could be 15%-12%

I used to be quite fat when I was younger so I am still trying to restore the skins elasticity. Lower abs fat.

how many visible abs have you got at the mo?

if you feel you have stopped losing weight then all you need to do is lower calories even more or increase cardio and burn the extra calories that way.

it really is as simple as that, you can try atkins or low carbs diest but the principle is the same and i think on a low carb diet you still have to have cabrs pre work out or you'll just burn all your energy stores and start eating into the muscle.

hope this helps.

I have lost a bit of muscle after doing this. However I really wanted to get the skin around my mid section is tight condition. I have tried to maintain strength etc... on the low carb diet. At the moment I have no visible abs...but again this could be due to the reduction in muscle mass plus the skin around stomach loosing its pouch.

Totally reformed by body shape since 2001. I'm now attacking the little pouch which used to extend over the stomach.

ok to increase the visibility of abbs you have to increase abb size by using heavy weights on abb excersices and lower bf, so keep with what you are doing maybe work out how many cals you have a day then find ways of reducing this figue.

try morning unfueled low intensity cardio for 30 mins as often as you can. try this for 2 weeks then see where you aqre, if nothing has changed then lower cals more.

Diet looks bland! Do you eat anything else aside from chicken slices?
Where's the fruit? More variety of veg? EFAs from oily fish, nuts etc?

Why is there no complex carbs during the day?

Increase cardio output, monitor and see how you get on.

The diet is bland.

I eat fish in particular salmon and sardines from time to time. Fruit ocassionally with bananas and oranges. Vegs includes garlic, green beans, onions
Nuts - snack on peanuts now and then

There are no complex carbs cause of the cut. Although I am thinking about including some brown rice and pasta from time to time.

I'm doing ok, burning the fat bit by bit. I notice a drop in fat each week.

Should try and do some morning cardio sessions.... what do you recommend for a first morning snack before morning cardio? I used to take an unflavoured protein shake with some oats...

or just have some oats with water?

try adding complex carbs about an hr before you train, as for am cardio do it unfueled, when your done have a protien shake (in water so it absorbs quicker then 30 mins later have your breakfast. get yourself some oat cakes 55% carbs and handy little snacks to keep with you so you can just munch on a few an hr before you train.
