Hi,

I posted earlier in the supplements section but there is sooo much stuff here I am being overloaded with info.

I was wondering if someone could be so kind as to help me out with a decent diet for bulking up and weight gaining?

I'm currently 5"9 and 69kg.

My diet at the moment is not even worth posting as its horrendous,.. irregular and bad food.

Also,.. what is Whey,. lots of people seem to use it? What should I use?

Thank you

Hello my freind, I suggest you do a bit of research youre-self on the basics of nutrition this will help you out more than some-one just giving you a diet. Have a good look through the site and you will soon learn most answers to youre questions. If you are still struggling re-post and I,m sure some-one will help you out

definately follow micky's advice. The more you know, the better you will be able to build your diet for you.

Whey is just a powder that contains lots of protein. It's easy for the stomach to digest allowing it to get to your muscles quicker after a hard workout.

You can read some more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whey_protein and of course on Google. Whey is useful but not essential. Get the diet sorted first.
