Although I like seeing the freaks but i'd personaly choose to look like arnie over coleman

Status: offline 		Admire for what reason? There is no disputing an enormous amount of hard work has gone into all those physiques but persoanlly the 70s and 80s are my favourite; aesthetic appeal and the drug taking wasn't as obvious.
These days it is a little excessive in my opinion.

Status: offline 		Id say 60's and 70's because they manged to build top physiques without the internet and very little writing on the subject that i am aware of.

If it wasnt for the internet i dare say i wouldnt be in the shape i am now.

purely for traiing on instinct im going with before the 80's

But my favourite era is going to be the next one - I am keen to see what bodybuiders will look like in 2050 !!

Hopefully "pretty" physiques will be a thing of the past by then
