There are so many exercises for your shoulders.. i would hate it if im over training them.. take a look at the following shoulder routine, its what iv been using for 5months. i am only showing working sets.

Dumbell Shoulder press 10, 8, 6, 3 With the weight getting progressively heavier and all four sets are to failure.
Side lateral raises 8, 8, 8
Barbell Shrugs 10, 8, 6, 6
Upright Row 10, 8, 6

Usually 2mins between sets for the shoulder press. For the other exercises its a min and a half rest.

Looks identical to my shoulder routine. Only thing I alternate between bb and db presses.

yep alternate too,

yea agree with beefycol drop one of youre trap excersices. If you want a change
why not do laterals first to pre-exhaust, then do youre presses you won,t be able
to press as much but will still get plenty of intensity on the muscles.

Personally I'd drop the upright row.

Yeah alternating is a good idea, DB's with a twist is a good exercise.
