There are so many exercises for your shoulders.. i would hate it if im over training them.. take a look at the following shoulder routine, its what iv been using for 5months. i am only showing working sets. Dumbell Shoulder press 10, 8, 6, 3 With the weight getting progressively heavier and all four sets are to failure. Side lateral raises 8, 8, 8 Barbell Shrugs 10, 8, 6, 6 Upright Row 10, 8, 6 Usually 2mins between sets for the shoulder press. For the other exercises its a min and a half rest.
