ORIGINAL: Neb IMO it's due to the fact that on this board there are a handful of really clued up D&N gurus and hundreds of plastic gurus. The pastic gurus spout the proper gurus pre given advice all year long....but, when one of the real gurus posts suggesting another angle...well, palstic gurus are knackered and have to change their plastic advice. I think my sig should be applied in the d and n section. some c.unt wrote it cant think who so what your saying is people should just eat, not worry about details and just get on with it? http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_2693408/tm.htm diet and bodybuilding is as complex as you want it to be, but anyone can walk into a gym and throw some iron about. stick with the same diet you've always been on and your limiting yourself massively. basically, more thought should go into diet than it should what routine you/split you should be on imo. as for the D&N forum, its very rare i post in there now, simply because i've stepped away from studying nutrition for the time being, and havent been as enthusiastic about it. so i havent really seen the shift in trends mentioned. there are some really good posters in there though. Not at all i just think sometimes its best to nail the basics and not **** yourself over the GI of a carb PPWO for example. there is always exceptions to the rule though |
