my stats are 5ft10 13 and half stone 10bf just wondering wot my calorie intake shud be to bulk and wot foods 2 eat and the same 4 a cut thanks any info appreiciated

What does your current diet and training routine look like?
Also what kind of job do you have - sedentary (i.e. desk based) or manual or heavy manual?
