Everton - what's the weight difference between aged 17 and present age?

Killik - very noticable difference there. The lack of hair also is a plus point

Well I'm cutting now LMC so won't be doing exactly the same. Anyone who can give me some tips on getting to 8% please visit my journal.

Cutting? Why ruin the progress you've made? There's next to no fat on you, so get to eating a lot more and squatting in a proper rack.

Then in 2-3 years' time start worrying about cutting.

I very much agree, insane to cut when you have bodyfat that low! Keep bulking, if you cut now, you risk losing what you have gained.

My original goal when I first started lifting was to be very lean for this summer. When I'm not tensing I don't look as lean as I do in the photos and I'm still about 10%. I would like to be below 10% for the summer, 8% idealy. I have some fat on my pecs, lower belly, back of arms that I'd like to get rid off as they take away from my physique. I know it's nothing to do with not being big enough as I have mates who have much less mass than me but still look more toned, not just skin and bone. I don't like the idea of these never ending bulks where people loose sight of their goals and just keep getting bigger and bigger.

I will be carefull, I'm not just going to stop training and eating. If my major lifts suddenly drop then I will know I am doing things too fast. I will be doing cardio a fews times a week and dropping the carbs/fats slightly. Could do with some tips though if anyone would like to give some.

After the summer I will powerlifting and hoping to compete by this time next year.

Might as well have a go at this.

Augest 2007-3 months training-10 stone 9ibs

April 2008-10 months training-13 stone

Ignore the creases under my chest....I'm crouching over my laptop as I type this and that was the cause of them

I also had an altercation with the coffin at the same funeral, although it didn't look like a coffin to me. An easy mistake to make in my opinion.
