Cant get to the gym properly for a few weeks, due to s**** work and school exams and all that, so got to train at home. Anyway i got like 200kg Olympic set at home and a bench, so what can i do. I was thinking... Bench Press Push Press Dead Lift would that be enough?

Bench, deads, power cleans, overhead press, bentover row... Take your pick!

you can pretty much have a perfect workout with that. bench press (close or wide), shoulder presses, deadlift, squat, bent over row, shrugs, bicep curl, etc

I do ALL my gym training at home with a bench, power rack and olympic weights/dumbells. If you could get a power rack you would never have to go to a commercial gym again!! MT
