hi all, what do you think of this diet on the myprotein site for muscle and size?
IMO it looks like your getting omega-3 from the salmon at 3.30pm but dosnt seem a lot of fruit and veg all in all though

cheers

No doubt you'll grow from because it's high enough in cals, enough protein and EFA's and the rest is filled with energy packed carbs so yeah not that bad really.

Depends on the person, I don't know your stats.

Obviously a 10 stone and a 20 stone man wouldn't need the same diet so u would have to alter it to needs.

Also I would definately add fruit and veg, to most meals actually. (there might be some in there if MP supplied fruit and veg!!!!!)

well it's a pretty big meal at 6pm so would need to let it go down before u go and train.

the time's aint set in stone anyway, especially if u train in the morning.
