| War Lord -> Glutes... (May 8 2008 17:34:57) | A few days after doing my legs I sometimes get sharpish pain in my glutes... Looks like I'm heading towards haemorhoids if I'm not there already... Anyone got any advice for me? I think my legs are lagging a bit so i want to bulk them up further, how serious is this, should I drop the compounds/exercises that hit my glutes and just do isolation moves, or can i make changes so my glutes don't get hit so hard... Or shouldn't I worry about it? What rep ranges should I stick to, should i avoid doing low reps? i tend to do ascending pyramid sets and sometimes work up to a single on the leg press at least, though not on squats... The leg press has two differently angled parts to the foot plate you can use... |
