Hi PB I have been ready your post and I am very keen on yor T3 Clen
post especially.
I worked out for about 2 year flat out no roids only usual creatine
testo boosters and fat burners. I was 12st 12 lbs when I started and 27%
body fat, at the end I was 12st 6lbs and 21% body fat but not really any
stronger. I popped a disk in my back and have been off for about a
year and I have put on at least 14lbs of pure fat.
I bought some T3(100 tabs) yesterday and some clen (200 tabs). I am a
complete novice to this and would appreciate any help you can give me. I
read your cycles but as well as being a novice I am thick. Lol. Can
you give me a cycle and dosage to take so I dont do damage and what type
of cardio diet and weight plan would you recommend.
When I started 2 year ago I worked 2 hours a day 6 days a week mixing
cardio and weights daily. I didnt want to get huge just defined/toned
and slighly bigger than I was. I look like a barrel now and I have a
massive task to get back to shape and I need any help available to me.

Correct sub-forum is here mate:

*Don't* rush in, spend a *lot* of time looking at other threads on the subject and educate yourself

To be honest, I question whether you should consider that stuff at all, since you're a novice without a decent training and diet plan sorted out as yet

If your diet is spot on, and your cardio and weights routines are sorted, a lot can be achieved in five months without the need for fat burners and the like
