hi - ive posted up this first paragraph also in the training section to see if i might need help in that department, but i thought i should take a look at diet also. here goes,

Ive been training a few years now. my usual weight to hold was around 96-98 kilo. im currently hovering around 88-89 kilos. the weight seems to have dropped off without me aiming to! i hadnt really thought about it until the other night when i was told at the gym im looking alot smaller these days. so i weighed myself and wasnt too happy. plus - measuring my arms i found they're an inch smaller than before. im a little less chubby but really not much more than a pound or 2.

so to the diet -

730am: i cant eat first thing it makes me gag, so i have a shake, 10 mins later i can manage an apple / banana. the shake is 50g carbs from maltodex and 40g whey protein

10:30am: meat sandwich or similar snack of around 30g protein, couple of slices of bread too and a coffee

1pm: cooked lunch, microwaved meal from something ive prepared the night before. often pasta and chicken. around 40-50g protein in this meal

3pm: protein shake as described earlier, and apple, and a coffee

530pm: peanut butter sandwich and pro-biotic yoghurt

7pm: evening cooked meal often rice and meat, around 30g of protein

830: apple or banana

10pm: post workout shake with 50g whey and 80-100g sugar 5g creatine if im on creatine

11pm: snack before bed (pistachio nuts, or a couple of sausages, or a sandwich)

my diet never changes too much and whilst this used to maintain my old weight i now have found myself losing weight unintentionally and im pretty skinny :( so any help would be much appreciated!

im not sure where i'd fit in more carbs to be honest! the cooked meals both have a fair old bit of pasta or rice, plus the sandwiches have the bread. my shakes have the maltodex too.

i should have more EFAs though agreed. possibly olive oil in the shakes.

i cant comment on portion sizes mate as only you know that

perhaps put some fats in the shakes like ground flaxseed to get in your EFA's and to also boost the calorie content

Eat more, end of.

I find that if I don't gain, I'll just add in another couple of slices of bread here and there, etc. and then wait 4 weeks or so and see what happens.
