losing 2.3kg a week is probably too much TBH , thats 5lb !! I have recently lost a bit of weight and found high intensity training to be the best to crank up my metabolism , although steady state cardio will lose fat it wont improve fitness nearly as much as HIIT does ! there is little chance of getting too big mate as building muscle is very very tough , that guy in the pic is probably 10 stone

Day 1: Weight: 83.8Kg Workout: Cardio+ Upper body (chest, biceps, triceps, back, abs, core stability muscles) 45min of HITT running Will edit post later with food intake
