IMO no bud it aint any good, you got all bodyparts mingled up ! try doing push exercises, overhead press, bench press, tricep pulldown, dips one day, pull exercises, rows, deadlifts, lat puldown, chins, bicep curl another day and legs on the last day, squats, quad & hamstrig curls, calf raises thats the way i do it and it has stood me in good stead

Is it any good for what? Strength, size, power? What sets and reps are prescribed? It's an odd mix of exercises and there doesn't seem to be pattern for the split. Day 1 is Pull, Push, Pull Day 2 is Push, Legs, Pull Day 3 is Pull, Pull, Legs TBH you'd probably be better off with either a Push, Pull, Legs split, either a separate day for each or all on the same day as a full-body routine.
