I have not been able to figure out whether its lucky genetics or just that they are always on the move, running from police/fighting etc, but chavs seem to almost invariably have a tight toned body with very little body fat despite them having appaling health records. They smoking heavy, take copious class A drugs and drink at ten o clock in the morning. And all this is before we have factored in the daily junkfood intake of maccdonalds/chips and anything else of trashy nature which is shoveled in with reckless abandon.

Anyone else been able to figure out their secret 'elixir' of cuttedness :)? One of my mates said that his dad told him most chavs are labourers or somesuch so this naturally keeps them in shape despite their bad lifestyle/diet.

Some are "cut".
Due to alot of activity(happy slapping, running from cops... all demanding calorie burning activitys) combined with a low calorie diet(skipped breakfast, some chips and turkey drummers for their 500kcal dinner)... etc.

they are normally scrawny/thin... you have to have depth to be called cut IMO

It's probably down to their age and bodytype....at 17 I was 6' and 10.5 stone, ate everything going, would binge drink quite often but never put an ounce on until my early twenties when I began to train as i wanted to add some weight!! Although no such thing as a chav in my day lol..

Chavs have been prevelant fir a number of years probably as far back as the early eightees, just had different names thats all, round here they were Joey's then Casual's then Chore's, now Chav's. My kids give me grief for wearing retro Fred Perry t-shirts and jumpers, not the stripey sh1te thats pimped out by JD Sports nowadays

I've wondered this, there's a few in my gym that look really good but I know for a fact don't eat properly and regularly get wrecked.
They also take steroids but to be fair look good for it and I think this is due to low overall calories keeping bodyfat down and the roids making their muscles grow anyway. I doubt it's healthy but they definitely look good for it.

yes, i've often noticed the chavs in leeds are fairly skinny/lean.

alot of em hang about outside, in parks, outside shops, etc they probs eat ****e with low frequency and walk about i reckon.
