No.

I will never give up weight training, but I just think Im going to do more cardio and get more healthy.
I only eat now when im hungry which tbh is still pretty much every 3-4 hours anyway, but I just dont want to eat for the sake of it.

mainly for people that been doing it for years, have you ever felt like giving training up, because you felt you wasnt gaining.
i nearly did quite a few times, but the good old mother kept me in the game saying i come so far, dont wanna give all the hard work up.

Wish I had support like that mate, your very lucky!

I answered no...

Never felt like taking a break or had enough: I enjoy it too much. Training is a part of my lifestyle & always will be.

I had to give it up due to a car accident fu.cking my back up for 4 / 5 years...

Apart from that I love it - wouldn't do it if I didn't

I've re-evaluated my life sometimes and reduced the time in the gym a lot. I don't wanna get obsessed with it. but I think it's a good thing to do. So I'll keep at it. I don't want to decline!

I've done this training lark for so long without getting where I want to be there's no way I could give it all up and forever wonder "what could I have achieved"

i'll be honest, i've lifted since i was about 16 (maybe late 15) and seriously since i was about 20
i then learnt about diet, eating every 3 hour, etc at about 20

i am nowehere near anywhere, when i started i was 10 stone with love handles (small ones) if i got down to being without love handles i think i (will realistically) drop to sub 13 stone

which means in 7 years ive put on about 3 stone of muscle

if i gave up it would be to concentrate on boxing training, or it would be weights concentrating on boxing training (if that makes sense)
