No. I will never give up weight training, but I just think Im going to do more cardio and get more healthy. I only eat now when im hungry which tbh is still pretty much every 3-4 hours anyway, but I just dont want to eat for the sake of it.

When people are overtrained they usually question their training and motivation

I answered no... Never felt like taking a break or had enough: I enjoy it too much. Training is a part of my lifestyle & always will be.

I had to give it up due to a car accident fu.cking my back up for 4 / 5 years... Apart from that I love it - wouldn't do it if I didn't

I've re-evaluated my life sometimes and reduced the time in the gym a lot. I don't wanna get obsessed with it. but I think it's a good thing to do. So I'll keep at it. I don't want to decline!

I've done this training lark for so long without getting where I want to be there's no way I could give it all up and forever wonder "what could I have achieved"

i'll be honest, i've lifted since i was about 16 (maybe late 15) and seriously since i was about 20 i then learnt about diet, eating every 3 hour, etc at about 20 i am nowehere near anywhere, when i started i was 10 stone with love handles (small ones) if i got down to being without love handles i think i (will realistically) drop to sub 13 stone which means in 7 years ive put on about 3 stone of muscle if i gave up it would be to concentrate on boxing training, or it would be weights concentrating on boxing training (if that makes sense)
