That is actually an amazing picture, is it real? If it is that guy has made some acheivements especially considering his disability.

You're actually trying to cause potentially fatal accidents, because you don't like horses?

That is rather odd

Yes I say they are, and they have IMO been the thing that have grown best for me. 1.5 inches in the past 3 months

I probably only care so much because my dad said I had to train them, as I didnt want to end up with ' a huge chest but tiny sparrow legs'

And that is why I squat

I also had an altercation with the coffin at the same funeral, although it didn't look like a coffin to me. An easy mistake to make in my opinion.

I've seen u squat and u have some fcuking strong legs for your age! You hack squat more then guys I know who have been training for years and your technique is impeccable!

I never used to be arsed, untill my legs started to look disproportionate, now I am training with the goal to compete in mind I wish I had paid more attention to them! Althou I am lucky as I carry very little fat on my legs, so they look good without being too big!

i care much more for an upper body but i have always trained them equally until now..... i am switching to 1 specific leg day per month as my legs are far superior to my upper body

my untrained legs when i started training

I reailse the importance of traning legs however I fell my upper body needs a lot more development than my legs do currently.
I enjoy squatting and afew guys at the gym have comented on my squatted/leg size, as a side not Ive not trained my legs for about 4-5 weeks though....

I train my upper body mostly for strength, a bit for aesthetics. I only train legs for strength.
which is maybe why they're so f.ckin scrawny

no

perhaps because I haven't needed to - my legs grow quite easily

although not my calves... I have calves like a small girl

all that said, I do train legs as regularly as anything else
