AWG -> RE: Do you care about legs as much as upper body? (May 8 2008 23:16:05)

Yes I say they are, and they have IMO been the thing that have grown best for me. 1.5 inches in the past 3 months

I probably only care so much because my dad said I had to train them, as I didnt want to end up with ' a huge chest but tiny sparrow legs'

And that is why I squat [:)]

I've seen u squat and u have some fcuking strong legs for your age! You hack squat more then guys I know who have been training for years and your technique is impeccable!

I never used to be arsed, untill my legs started to look disproportionate, now I am training with the goal to compete in mind I wish I had paid more attention to them! Althou I am lucky as I carry very little fat on my legs, so they look good without being too big!

Crunch -> RE: Do you care about legs as much as upper body? (May 9 2008 0:11:35)

I don't care as much, but i would love massive calfs.

carl19 -> RE: Do you care about legs as much as upper body? (May 9 2008 0:21:22)

i care much more for an upper body but i have always trained them equally until now..... i am switching to 1 specific leg day per month as my legs are far superior to my upper body

my untrained legs when i started training

BencherRdg -> RE: Do you care about legs as much as upper body? (May 9 2008 0:22:52)

I reailse the importance of traning legs however I fell my upper body needs a lot more development than my legs do currently.
I enjoy squatting and afew guys at the gym have comented on my squatted/leg size, as a side not Ive not trained my legs for about 4-5 weeks though....[&:]

daKensta -> RE: Do you care about legs as much as upper body? (May 9 2008 2:12:06)

I train my upper body mostly for strength, a bit for aesthetics. I only train legs for strength.
which is maybe why they're so f.ckin scrawny[:(]

Incredible Bulk -> RE: Do you care about legs as much as upper body? (May 9 2008 7:57:29)

yes because i've seen guys on stage with legs like match sticks....that isnt going to be me

CoNs -> RE: Do you care about legs as much as upper body? (May 9 2008 8:52:55)

hell yeah i pay more attention to my legs and back than any other part

never know when your gonna need to give someone a powerful kick :)

MonkFinger -> RE: Do you care about legs as much as upper body? (May 9 2008 9:14:35)

no

perhaps because I haven't needed to - my legs grow quite easily

although not my calves... I have calves like a small girl

all that said, I do train legs as regularly as anything else

mick_the_brick -> RE: Do you care about legs as much as upper body? (May 9 2008 9:18:11)
