My legs have always been the strongest part of my body. Nothing gets me happier than seeing a large amount of weight being 'pushed' by myself. I therefore love training legs

My legs progress well, strength and size. So I enjoy training them, and like to push myself.

ORIGINAL: dazc Mick/PL you say hitting stuff twice a week helps bring it on, but i know several guys that have switched to training each bodypart once everytwo weeks and are growing like never before! What ever works, works. I found I was undertraining my chest. Bench has improved to 180k 1 RM from 140k. I have no complaints!

My legs are terrible, however I train them with the same importance as everywhere else Chest and legs are slow to grow... so in a way they are the most important areas as they are my worst

You hack squat more then guys I know who have been training for years and your technique is impeccable! Thanks for the compliment Pete....but I couldnt have done it without your expert tuition

I usually hate training them, well, squatting anyway, but at the moment I'm enjoying front squatting. Always enjoy deadlifting. If I was a bodybuilder I wouldn't care about them as much as upper body no.
