I think it looks great.

Totally understand his thinking behind getting it done.

Must admit there`s admiration for the art work itself but wonder where it`s going to take him in life, not my call or judgement to make though, if he`s happy fair enough.

The last guy needs his hair cutting though, he looksa tw*t.

Looks well done, though I can't help but notice that the cheekbones have been done in a slightly odd place, giving him the impression of having very low cheekbones, which is not very flattering

Still, I'm funny like that

I'm not sure. I feel like a bit of an old fart saying this, but I can't help but wonder if he is always going to be happy that he had it done. As permanent things go that's pretty serious stuff.

Can anyone help me out here? If one wandered in to a tattoo studio and ask for significant face work as above, would they talk to you about it and make sure you appreciated what you were doing? Or would they just crack on with it?

They won't come off when he gets bored of them! (so my nan would say)

Looks quite well done, especially the teeth

I wouldn't get anything like that done myself, but I quite admire it in a way - it must take guts to do something like that. That or a lot of alcohol

Some guy in my town has tattoos all over - there's not an inch of space on his head. There's a pic of him on the net somewhere, if I see it I'll post it up. He looks a bit like Darth Maul

I suspect he's probably a Rabbi.

The real question is why would anyone choose not to look like that.
