Apollo -> RE: Do you spy on your neighbours? (May 9 2008 12:09:37)

I think it depends which areas you live in. I dont give a flying f what my neighbours or anyone is doing. But when I go to my gf's house I feel like an alien coming down her street as all the curtains and blinds start opening and people start staring. Once I saw the curtains open on a house and a man looking, then his wife came to get a piece of the action too, after a few minutes all the lights of the house were on and the whole family staring at me sat in the car....just wanted to kiss my gf goodnight but I got an audience lol.

Try it again without your 'whang' hanging out. I was at No 14 and could see everything (is that a Prince Albert??) [;)]

Furyan -> RE: Do you spy on your neighbours? (May 9 2008 12:18:52)

Only have one house connected to mine, its an end of terrace. Next door neighbours a rarely in, and im not really interested in what they do. So short answer is no.

New2Lifting -> RE: Do you spy on your neighbours? (May 9 2008 12:20:44)

Don't "spy" but certainly check out one of my neighbours she is mighty fit, wears little clothes and is curvy is all the right places [:)]

Smacky -> RE: Do you spy on your neighbours? (May 9 2008 12:22:58)

I have a strong urge to volunteer to open / close my son's bedroom window at this time of year.

Nothing to do with the fact it overlooks the back garden where the lady next door sunbathes nude. Honest *

* Bizarrely, the girl next door at my old house used to sunbathe nude also. I'm bloody sure it's something to do with my pheremone waft.....

trixta -> RE: Do you spy on your neighbours? (May 9 2008 12:38:45)

nah,i have enough trouble keeping track of what im doing without spending time following/keeping track of what other people are doing.i think they likw to keep an eye on me though and im the only one on the street under 45,living with my mam and dad and dont work, smack the **** out of the bag down the side of the house and train in the garage.if they wanted to know what i was doing id tell em,just like id ask if i wanted to know.

spying is for deluded people, unless youre at mi7 or similar.keeping a neighbourly eye out is a different kettle.

footdee -> RE: Do you spy on your neighbours? (May 9 2008 12:41:39)

The funny thing is, at the last house, it was my wife who called me up the stairs one day to say :

"Look...Sean......next doors sunbathing with no clothes on....!!!"

Of course I had to analyse this in some detail before concluding with the wife that she definately had no kecks on (the sunbather being without hair to the inspected region).

Not that whether you or indeed any other MT member having an opinion on whether or not they might be lazy is worth anything. I know it's the human thing to, for want of a better phrase, be nosy but why do we overly concern ourselves about how other people live? Providing it's legal and they aren't the next West family who should care?

see my first post for my take mobster,i dont at all.

obviously there is real things going on with burglaries and murders that you need to keep up with, ive averted a couple of house burglaries off of our street over the last few months,as far as giving a **** wether somebody washes their smalls every third day or somebody noticing i have a cig every half hour,or who does what and why, thats their business for me.

i new a woman who had post natal depression, and washed her windows and door step at the same time evry week, and said shed had a crowd twitching their curtains and stuff and talking about her,and made a proper point of-who is the strangest their?her for going about her business or them for getting off on it?

Bullmastiff -> RE: Do you spy on your neighbours? (May 9 2008 15:56:09)

I do it all the time.

I find it thrilling to observe other people without their knowledge.

Sometimes I put on my best David Attenborough voice and narate their actions.

I could send you some of my own if you like?

"Dustbin Collection Day VIII" is quite an engaging piece of footage.

wysiwyg -> RE: Do you spy on your neighbours? (May 9 2008 16:37:55)

why did i not move next to fit neighbours who sunbathe nude[:(]

kitty -> RE: Do you spy on your neighbours? (May 9 2008 17:01:27)

I was babysitting for an hour the other night and asked to use their computer to look for a holiday for my in-laws whilst there. As I was typing things into google, the list of sites they'd been searching came up on the auto-complete......[:-][sm=confused66.gif]

2 the max -> RE: Do you spy on your neighbours? (May 9 2008 18:01:11)

theres a girl opposite who changes her bras in the window with the curtain open...my other neighbours keep thinking we stare at them (the local problem family) so have since put a sign up saying 'if u can read this, you are a tw@t' [:D]
