how good is it as a soure of carb? ..
ive heard from sum over here that more than 1 meal based on carbs coming from bread is not ideal
just curious really.. sometimes i might have 2 of my meals with this bread + turkey breast and some tomatos and i dont if i should feel guilty

Both breads are high in GI i believe, seeded batches have more fibre and fats which slows digestion.
I doubt you'll notice any visual differences, but personally a white bread sandwich doesnt satisfy me as much as a seeded/granary one.
Not sure who said 1 bread meal is bad? Not sure why, although i have a preference of say rice over bread meals just because of GI and satiety.

With regaurd to your sandwichs, aslong as you get adaquate protein i see no problem. Sandwichs tend to be high in carbs and low in protein thats all.

Wholemeal bread, suprisingly is high GI. Pretty dam close to white bread, the extra fibre and fats seed adds reduces the GI though.

grannery is good, 2 slices has like 12g of protein i think, pack some veg and meat in between and we have a tasty dinner

I often have granary bread sandwhiches. With some kind of protein, it works out at around 30g carbs, 30g protein.
