Anyoen see any problem with this?

i wake up 5:30am to go to work so i cant do ANYTHING in the morning

is there a problem with doing a weights session on my lunch break

and at night doing a cardio session?

does it mater which way i do it? or as long as it gets done?

I'd prefer to do weights at lunch, get in a few good meals after and then do cardio in the night time.
Use the bulk of your energy for your weights, not the cardio

What kind of cardio are you planning?

HIT/SS?

(High Intensity Interval Training) : sprints, burst training (15-25 minutes)
(Steady State) : slow jog/bike ride for long period of time (30-60 minutes)
