Monday – high carbs – chest and shoulders
Tuesday – low carbs – back and traps
Wednesday – no carbs
Thursday – high carbs – leg work
Friday – low carbs – arms
Saturday – no carbs
Sunday low carbs


Stats
Weight 200lb
Height 5,11
BF- 17-20%

Trying to maintain my weight/ keep mass were it is and bring BF levels into check again.
Is this feasible?

indeed if you are wanting to cut up.

i have heard about people using carb cycling during bulking with good effects.

i however am just trying to bring bodyfat levels down a few% before i bulk again and i need to keep the mass were it is.

I see you're taking 7-14 cod liver oil caps a day. What's the Vitamin A & D content per cap?

what would you say the upper limit of both to be?

as said carb cycling is not needed at around 20% b.f. in fact i wouldnt even use it unless i got down to around 10%. imo its over-complicating things at a stage you dont need to.

save it for when you hit a plateu.

i would do static lower carbs, mod protein and fats and get in some cardio to get you BF down mate, no need to overcomplicate things at this stage [:)]

The Tolerable Upper Limit (TUL) for Vitamin A is 3000ug/day (=10,000iu/day) and the TUL for Vitamin D is 250ug/day (=10,000iu/day).
