Recommended Food Intake in grams for a cut? - May 9 2008 9:48:50

Does anyone have a minimum/maximum idea for amount of protein/Carbs/Fats in grams for a cut? I guess it will vary for person to person, but just a rough guide is what I'm after. I know I can have about 50grams a day of carbs no problems but is this a little too much? I wrote a similar thread in diet and nutrition but didnt get much of an answer I'm a beginner and dont really have a clue!! Thanks for your time.

6.75g of fat 20.56g of carbs joking aside just eat food, don't worry about numbers
