Does anyone have a minimum/maximum idea for amount of protein/Carbs/Fats in grams for a cut? I guess it will vary for person to person, but just a rough guide is what I'm after.

I know I can have about 50grams a day of carbs no problems but is this a little too much?

I wrote a similar thread in diet and nutrition but didnt get much of an answer I'm a beginner and dont really have a clue!!

Thanks for your time.

Ok you should consume at 1g protein per 1lb of bodyweight - so aim for 160 g protein a day at least, get more down you if you can mate.
