i am looking to put on lean muscle, i do weights 3 times a week and cv twice. how many grams of protein, carbs and fat should i consume per day? i am 6 and weigh 75kg. thanks
At a very rough guesstimate, start with ~250gP/day, ~330gC/day and ~110gF/day makng sure that you get your EFAs (read *** The Dietary Fat Topic *** at the top of this forum). Reduce carbs on non-WO days and increase them on WO days.
Then monitor and adjust accordingly to gain ~0.5lb a week (ignoring the first week's glycogen & water weight gain).
