| mak -> RE: summer cut coming soon - help needed. (May 9 2008 14:32:08) | Omega 3's - they are in fish? I've got tuna in there. I could add some nuts in there too? I've checked a few other ones, but everyone's has to be different due to time constraints, working life, time of training, time to prepare etc. Smaller meals more often sounds like a nice plan but between work, meeting, travelling etc etc it MIGHT be tricky. Quantities fair enough - but I don't have all the ingredients and stuff here, or scales LOL Fruit and veg - I think I'll still be getting my 5 portions in there. 6 - OK TOTALLY fair: so here goes: weight 14stone Height 5 ft 9.5 inch age: 24 on 18th May (put it in the diaries, I want nice messages folks) Training info - above, but I can give more detail O+ family backgorund - polish on my dads side - records aare a bit hazy but as far as my grandparents it's a military backgorund and my mum's family are english , my grandad was a presbiterian minister, my gran was a nurse. as far as I know none of my previous generations trained. fingerpritn and retina data tro follow[:D] quote:
ORIGINAL: ChanceUK You should probably prepare yourself for the usual suspects who will (1) shout "where are the omega 3 fats" (or just lazily point to their sigs) (2) demand you search rather than ask questions (even though they've bothered to reply just to say this) (3) tell you to eat more smaller meals more often (4) moan that you don't give quantities and weights of the food in your diet (5) tell you to eat more fruit and veg (6) and then ask you for your weight, height, age, training info, blood type, history of your family going back nine generations, fingerprint and retina data... etc. Even though some of this advice is given regularly in a very unhelpful and self-satisfied way, its still mostly good advice. Your diet is clean'ish'. Keep your protein high (1g per pound bodyweight at least). Eat smaller meals more often. Drink lots of water. Don't cheat. If you aren't going to balance your diet with fruit, veg and fishy oils, take supplements that fill in the gaps. Bobs yer uncle. Or not, as the case may be. |
