yeah as i said before, I didnt reliease gyno could progress so far, I thought you would just get a bit of sag, not full breasts. Scary stuff, but easily treated.

I will be dabbling in AAS in future and even though i was fine many years ago on a short sust course, i am paranoid about gyno...

I take it gyno is growth behind the nipple?
its just that ive seen supposed cases of gyno on the internet and it looks to me like someone just carrying a bit of fat behind the nipple rather than a bit of growth.
If thats the case then surely most people have a bit of gyno when if they bulk up?
MMA guy - run nolva throughout if your really paranoid, most epople on here say use it only if needed but people do run it throughout.

Swift fat behind the nipple is whats known as pseudo gyno, it looks like it but theres no tissue behind the nipple just fat stores
Real gyno is when tissue is there, which unfortunately i have due to my oestrogen levels being very high when i was so overweight
It can be made worse by AAS usage as high levels of test aromatise more but can be controlled with an AI and other meds like Nolva and Raloxifene

With Raloxifene...if one obtained some...what are common side effects? As from what I have read Raloxifene is designed to treat breast cancer, does it really help with gyno?

Why wouldn't the NHS help him? That annoys me.
Anyway Alex Karidis is one of the top cosmetic surgeons around, so the guy couldn't have been in any better hands

I believe Nolva was originally designed for women with breast cancer as it binds to the receptors, Ralox i think is a second gen SERM that acts like Nolva but with less sides i think and less toxic, im still researching it

Would be interested to see your finding as I am also looking at Raloxifene.

New2lifting there has been a few posts on TAOS forum about Ralox mate, im still sifting through them as it goes, have a search of it and see what you can learn in the meantime
