i nice little home recipe after a grueling work out first fry some chicken and lightly fry prawns in a little olive oil, then clean out the pan or use another , make a omlette , whilst at the same time having your potatoes in one pan and the spinach in another either put the chicken/prawns in the mix before making the omlette or simply put them in the middle and fold, when you have cooked your potatoes and spinach , mash em up and mix the spinach in (i find that spinach is disgusting but if u mix it with potatoes and a little butter it tastes quite nice) and there you have it 4 rich sources of protien spinach, chicken, eggs and prawns , with some carbs too, (potatoes) obviously, squirt some ketchup on and your away to go. enjoy :D
