I know a lot of sellers get a bashing on here so i thought i'd praise one.

Ordered 1 box of MRP's from all in one yesterday and they where delivered today.

Bloody superb !!! Will be using them from now on.

Do all-in-one do a supplement like MP's Hurricane xs. I want to buy those MRPs as well but don't want to spend money one 2 sets of P&P.

Better off going down the Pro-MR route if you can afford them for bulking as they contain a much better source of protein than all-in-1s and MPs. Pro-MRs have a great protein ratio of 50/50 casein to concentrated & hydrolysed whey

was talking to Kerry Kayes about them the other day, he said they're ideal for a pre-bed shake aswell cus of the high casein and amino acid profile, especially Cysteine
