| whatcanisayimste -> RE: what do you do WHEn (May 12 2008 17:39:13) | thanks for the welcome, i fully intend to change my diet around , ive been looking at jak5r's journal, and im going to base my diet around his, ive invested in alot of chicken, and whey protein, fruit, mixed seeds including flax seeds and hemp seeds, i used to drink about 20-30pints in a weekend, and pizza's macdonalds and kebabs were quite a regular thing, last few weekends tho ive had about 3-4 drinks so ive cut down significantly, i also read cashmans begginers guide , i dont think im one of those people that gets bored too easily , or gives up because havent made massive gains in 6 weeks, so should i not be worried about my dodgy collar bone/shoulderS? |
