(May 12 2008 23:29:50) | I lost alot of strength due to being out of the gym and ill for about 3 months and now use the smith for most exercises, I also train alone so the added safety is there. Last week while squatting on my final set i couldn't push up on the last rep from deep position so i just racked it on easily which obviously saved embarassment if I hadn't have been on it. If it works it works, I'm working towards my goals not for someone elses approval in how I train. |
