Got some plasma jet (gaspari) ordered as it sounds the really good, just wondered why it states you should only take every other day? is it really that strong? also it says to take 60 mins before training yet max benifits occur 2 hours after taking so surlely it should be taken 2 hours before training?

Just take as directed. They're recommended instructions for a reason 
I am also interested in this product, so I'd appreciate it if you could write a mini review at the end of the your month's course. Thanks

It's an interesting product. Pump effects up to 8hrs after taking (says the packet). Some good US reviews too. Looking forward to your review when you've finished the course

tbh, it's one of the reasons I'm a big fan of gaspari. they really do put together interesting and effective products. sp250 was my first gaspari product, then i tried novedex xt, sizeon, and the halodrol liquigels...and to be honest...they all worked well. sp250 is ace.

Really? What did you notice?
Out of the above products, those were the ones I noticed least from. In brief - sorer joints, some strength increase.
Novedex XT significantly improved my strength and leaned me out a little - much better than 6-Oxo.

didn't notice the sore joints from Novedex. I thought it may have been related to the AA exacerbating old injuries?

In what way? AFAIK, AA shouldn't do this

I thought Novedex XT was a pile of pants, the worst of all the OTC pct's I've used.
I've got nothing against Gaspari though, they brought the original Halodrol out didn't they?

Gaspari have some studies they like to show off...demonstrating it's effectivness at raising test as a standalone product (not as PCT), which granted are likley to be biased as ****, but still....they make interesting reading. Personally, as a standalone sup I found it very effective.
Edit: yep, they did the original halodrol....then announced a recall...and continued to produce it...whereupon an email to distribs was leaked, saying basically "we've told everyone it's been recalled to get the heat off us...but don't worry, we'll still sell it you".

As a non-hormonal cycle...one of my best periods ever was whilst doing:
8 wks Novedex XT
SizeOn during every w/o and ...I think....before bed on non-w/o days (not often, as I was working out like 6 days a week at the time lol)
SP250 pre-w/o
...
Can't remember the protein I used - think ON Mint Choc lol...was when I was in the states for ages.
Anyways....I remember getting mad results from that (mad relative to what you should expect from supplement intake anyways). V expensive cycle, but if it was like...30 quid a month, i'd do it all the time lol.
