Not sure if this is the correct place to put this.

I have a injured part of my tricep. It is right close to the elbow joint on the under side. It is a bit painful when i extend the arm straight and tense the muscle.

Any ideas on what's best to do for recover i.e. leave the weights for a while?

i know what you mean, had it so many times, i laid of the weight few weeks and trained through it, both been fine in the end, goes after few weeks.

i believe your tendents ligaments dont get as strong as quick as your muscle thats why you get pain ther

I just trained through it and soon enough it went away. I don't miss sessions for little niggles.

exactly be your tendents and liguiments, because the gear making your muscle stronger, your lifting more, so because ten and ligs to get strong like that itl hurt. had it loads of time,
imo dont rest up for aweek, carry on, it will go
