I am just wondering if its ok to have lean diced steak everyday?

I am thinking of having 200g a day.

Incorporated into a otherswise balanced diet I wouldnt see it being a problem.

If it's in budget, definitely go for it. So long as you sort out good fats elsewhere in your diet, steak can be as big or as small a component as you choose.

If it wasn't so expensive then i personally would eat more steak.

i believe steak to be a very good food for bodybuilding

very slow digestion and good aminos

Steak is a great choice as it scores very high on The Anabolic Index.

I wish I could afford it every day.

I have found it relatively cheap, well as of next monday 12th May...

Lidl will be selling 400g lean diced steak for £1.49

This is cheap right?
