i usualy hold a lot of water with creatine monohydrate,and now i'm on a cut,would it be better to go for cee instead?do i have to expect a little bit of water retention with cee or not at all?thanks for your help

Doesn't matter.... CEE tastes bloody aweful tho

if you get bloated by Mono, then change to CEE If not, I wouldn't bother.

I'm not so sure on the bloat thing, part of the point of creatine is the water, be it CEE or Mono, n'est pas?
