dirtyvest -> RE: Any Tips for PPWO - Eating the Meal! (May 9 2008 16:23:56)

As I have dex in my shake peri and PWO I don't go mad with carbs in my PPWO meal..... maybe only a 200g sweet potato which I guess is about half the carbs you have there in your PPWO meal. I also find chicken quite filling, if you do to then you may find tinned fish a bit lighter

FrankenJim -> RE: Any Tips for PPWO - Eating the Meal! (May 9 2008 16:36:04)

Cheers for the Tip, 100g Pasta is 66g Carb. So i think i will knock the pasta down to 60g and try Beef mince as i find that lighter, Cant eat fish bud dont like it lol Cheers will give that a go. I want to eat it within the under dont want to go over ya know!

Cheers

FrankenJim -> RE: Any Tips for PPWO - Eating the Meal! (May 9 2008 16:39:52)

Im thiking i could swap the chicken (200g) for TVP (100g) As TVP is 50g Protein per 100g while ~chicken is 24g Per 100g!

dirtyvest -> RE: Any Tips for PPWO - Eating the Meal! (May 9 2008 16:44:10)

Don't see why not. Not tried TVP for years so have no reference for satiety etc I like my sweet potato and pichards TBH (not sure everyone else does tho [:-])

OoOGazOoO -> RE: Any Tips for PPWO - Eating the Meal! (May 9 2008 16:53:20)

Jim, just eat it.

You will soon adjust to what you have to eat, after 2 weeks or so.

fun meter -> RE: Any Tips for PPWO - Eating the Meal! (May 9 2008 17:25:11)

I tend to have something like salmon or prawns with something like noodles for PPWO now, hot as heavy, but still full of nutrients. Rest of my meals are a mix of different proteins.

Just try different food, or give it time till you get use to it.

Do you mean oats in milk for PWO? ? ?

Don't see the need for 200g of chicken Jim, reduce that to 150g PPWO and increase your carbs.

FrankenJim -> RE: Any Tips for PPWO - Eating the Meal! (May 9 2008 17:56:38)

Hi Gaz, PWO is 60g Whey 60g Dex & Malto.

PPWO - Ok to have as you said 150g Chicken 50g Brown Bagget? 100g Oats in Mlik?

theiopener -> RE: Any Tips for PPWO - Eating the Meal! (May 9 2008 17:57:45)
