Enjoy yourself and enjoy your training, going out once a week will not matter unless you wish to reach competition standards of bodybuilding. It sounds like all you need to do, is cut down on how much alcohol you consume on the night out. You obviously drink far more than you can handle, as it takes you days to start eating properly again. Cut it down a little, drink water in between drinks. You wil recover faster and it wont effect your weightlifting as much. Simple solution mate. |
