Got a bottle of Epidrol and trying to decide when to use it. Was thinking about taking it as a nice 4weeks summer cut with eca, but been reading on here about people getting water retention on it?
Left me abit confused as on the bottle it says "lean, hard, dry, quality gains" and as far as I knew, it was an Anti-E, so wheres the water retention coming from?

All steroids mess with hormone levels. The hormones for regulating 'water retention' are not an exception.

You may get initial water retention, but your body will react (via negative feedback) and adjust levels of aldosterone. So the water retention will eventually subsidize

I get very little water retention @ 20mg, 30mg it increases slightly. You will pee it out through PCT, that's IF you get it which not everybody does.

Iv ran EPI at 30mg ed and did not notice any water retention.

Just depends on how you react.

Prov as said is a good addition or you could run M5 AA as this has similar effects.
