Work, lifestyle, etc, means making up powdered drinks (other than whey shakes) is a pain. I don't like adding creatine powder to protein shakes as I don't think they mix well. Therefore I much prefer taking tabs/capsules.

Can you guys recommend a brand of creatine tabs please?

I weigh justy over 100kg so I need to intake 10g of creatine Mono per day.
