Had one for 3 years.

Good bit of kit.

Only downside is you start at the bottom of exercises such as squats and benching so you dont have that "coiled spring" energy on the first rep.

Plus the handels are FAR too narrow for proper benching - so I suck some metal piping over them to get a much wider grip.

I liked them although I prefer a bench and rack. I benched 210-kilos with my feet up using that set up but I also like narrow grip benching.

Really?

I thought a guy like yourself would be pushing ALOT more than that on the leverage gym?

I do 200kg for sets of 12 using it for flat bench.

Or maybe you're just a bit of a poof

As I said...that's my rack...I think it's great.

Lat tower is nice but not needed

LOL that was back when I was only doing 160 on a bar so as I can do 180 now I'd take a stab at 230 or 240. Strangely enough I'm not much cop at sub-maximal repping.

Mines at a mates so I might not see if for a while. Plus I'm almost 'off' at the mo but have a crack and when I next get a proper chance I'll let you know.
