Anybody use this, or any reviews and body can recommend. Thinking about buying it, but not sure yet. any other machines or equipment that anybody recommends? Powertec leverage gym

Had one for 3 years. Good bit of kit. Only downside is you start at the bottom of exercises such as squats and benching so you dont have that "coiled spring" energy on the first rep. Plus the handels are FAR too narrow for proper benching - so I suck some metal piping over them to get a much wider grip.

I do 200kg for sets of 12 using it for flat bench. Or maybe you're just a bit of a poof

As I said...that's my rack...I think it's great. Lat tower is nice but not needed

Strangely enough I'm not much cop at sub-maximal repping.

Tell you what - I'm gunna have a stab at seeing what my max bench is on there aswell. We shall have to both report back and see who "Da Man" is. What ya say? (slaps an e-duelling glove in Mobsters face)
