Hi all.Just over a month into a test e and tbol cycle.I'm eating relatively cleanly but I measured my stomach and unless I'm mistaken I've put on an inch or two in just a month! It seems that I either feel totally bloated or if I cut back the food a bit to combat this I feel and look flat.Cant seem to find a happy medium. Can anybody see any glaring problems:

An average day:

7.30 Meal replacement shake 40 gs protein (All I can face at that time)
10.00 Turkey sandwich and banana 40ish gs protein
1.00 Chicken breast with potatoes 50 gs protein
3.30 Tuna and fruit 35 grams protein
Train 5 ish
Post workout whey and dextrose 50 gs protein
6.30 Chicken and rice 40 gs protein
9.00 Tuna/chicken/turkey peice 35-40 gs proetin

Cheers.

There's nearly no carbohydrates in your diet.
what are you trying to accomplish? You'll feel and look flat because of the lack of carbs. This is normal if your goal is cutting.
You are probably bloated because there's so much meat in your bowels.

If you are trying to bulk, then replace half that meat with carbohydrates.

Thats cleared that one up then! Not enough carbs and too many carbs.I'm eating 250-300 gs of protein a day and lots of complex carbs, surely its not that bad!I'm not saying I'm not gaining (my arms up to 19" and 52" chest),I was just asking for tweaks on a diet that is making me feel bloated.

You need some Omega 3 in there. Add 8caps with the final meal perhaps. Wrong forum for this topic though surely?

You really think 8 caps of omega 3 will make any differace atall to his physique, I personally dont think it would.

Diet is low on fats though, and i am presuming hes a big guy so alot more food would be in order.

But this is not what he is asking, your on a cycle arnt you mate, in which case are you sure the waist size isnt going up due to bloat?

Lower salts in your diet for a starter.

5'11,16 stone.52" chest,19" arms,28"legs,36" waist. This last one was the main reason for the post really. My waist was just over 34" when I started the cycle. When I look at the diet written down it makes me think I'm not eating enough but if I've put on almost two inches around the waist surely I dont want to up the calories? As said above, maybe its down to the bloat thing, but I'm only on 250 mgs of test a week and just wasnt expecting that much increase around my gut. Also taking proviron and drinking lots of water.

Tbh mate the only thing i can pin the waist size increase down to is bloat. Your already a big guy and your not eatting that much so i cant really see it being much of a dietry factor.

But the way i would play it is up the protien slightly and lower the carbs. And again watch the amount of salt intake.

How much prov are you taking?

And how are you finding the cycle 250mgs would not do sod all for me.

Just the 25mgs of prov so far.I'm just starting to see gains mate,4 or 5 weeks in.Not expecting miracles from it.It's my first cyle and just wanted to give myself a little kick start as I seem to have been lingering around the same weight/size for a few years now.I wanted to start off low dosage cos I had a bit of natural gyno as a teen which made me think I could prone (I was right as it turned out.I've had to take nolva to sort out tender nips even on that amount).Cheers for the input.

Up the prov to 50mgs a day see if it makes any differance.

Enjoy the cycle mate dont worry about waist size mate focus on putting on the size in your first cycle

What a very helpful post by the way mate.If you're gonna tell me that you think I'm doing something wrong it might be nice if you added a suggestion or two as to how I could improve things.
