Its better to do cardio on non workout days but doing cardio after workout is fine too, 40 min 2/3 times a week is fine, are you wanting to use cardio for fitness purposes or to keep your bf down or both?

Do you only want to do it once a week or can you only do it once a week?

What your diet like, if your worrying about bf% on a bulk its mustnt be great i suggest you post your full diet in the diet or weight loss section and let MT'ers advice you what you need to change...etc

The programme I've just finished had 3 sessions of weights throughout the week, with sessions of cardio going up to 6 times a week. The cardio was only 28 mins (in the last 2wks), but to fit it in I did the weights first then finished with cardio and did sole cardio sessions 3 times a week. Found it really good to be honest, albeit tiring after a good session on the weights. Lost a bit of bf doing it but still put on muscle. Not sure if I'd recommend doing 6 sessions a week, but it wasn't too bad doing the cardio after weights.
