Status: offline 		My JW finally arrived from discount anabolics. Took long enough and then was hit with a £20 customs charge
I emailed discount anabolics asking if they would be nice enough to put a smaller price on the package or at least put gift on the box to try and avoid customs but they refused!

Anyway....Im sure ive read it about a few of the other similar supps but it is better to take JW with fats? cant think of the word.

Status: offline 		Heard a similar thing about the absorption is better, think the fat content should be 10-20% of the meal.

A meal containing 5g of fat will suffice

Well i have some krill oil caps with breakfast so that should be ok then the other times ill take with some liquid fish oil.

Should I be concerned about no PCT if running double the recommended dose (6 caps on training days, 5 caps on non for 32 days?)

Looks pretty much like this - Apart from where its says "Pro hypotrophic proprietary matrix" on mine it says "Lean Mass Catalyst" and theres a bit less babble underneath that front bit aswell.

Status: offline 		I don't think you'll need PCT, personally. I'd still run something like A-PCT to be sure though
