If i did a 12 week Test E cycle,followed by 4 weeks of PCT using Clomid and zinc caps and other vitamins.

Would i need to, or should i add Nolva and proviron to my PCT?

Also how long would i need to come off before starting my next cycle?

And what would you advise i use for my 2nd cycle?

I ask as i want to try and stack so i have all for my first and second cycles.

Sorry mate,i should have mentioned, yes 500mg per week having 250mg on the monday with another on the thursday.

Nice one mate,that was exactly my thinkin,so for the second cycle should i take d-bol at the same time as test e,or introduce the dbol 6 weeks into the test e cycle?

I would do for a second cycle (if you first is test e for 10 weeks)

KISS - Keep it simple

Weeks 1 - 4 Dianabol at 30mg daily and they are to be taken daily and, as they have a short half life of just a few hours, they are split throughout the day, every 4 hours or so. Take them with meals to avoid possible gastro-intestinal discomfort.
Weeks 1 - 12 Test E 500mg pw

For any cycle IMO a Nolva and Clomid combination is best for PCT. Always good to have Nolva on hand anyway incase gyno occurs. Proviron not necessary IMO on that cycle.

You do recover normally fairly quick and well from a first cycle, but still take time on + PCT = time off, ie. 15-16 weeks off.

Next cycle I would do either Test E with an oral for the first 6 weeks (helps as a kickstart, tbol or dbol good ones), although personally I would go for 500mg test 400mg deca as a second cycle but I'm biased as not a fan of orals at all personally, but thats due mostly to my own health problems.

Thanks for the responses guys,so am i right in thinkin my 2nd cycle should start with test e at 500mg each week along with dbol at 30mg ED for the first 6 weeks then finish off on test e up to 10 weeks followed by 4 weeks PCT.

MCL-so you reckon i should always finish with Nolva and Clomid at the end of every cycle?

Also to add,at what rate would i need to take Nolva and Clomid as per mg and as per day and how long after each of the cycles?

have a read of the articles for pct mate.

as for 2nd cycle, wait til your first one is done first. see how you get on with the meds.

as for pct, i'd agree with MCL re: clomid and nolva, although as its your first cycle you may want to just use nolva, this way you know how you react to that med alone, next pct add low dose of clomid, say 50mg per day, if everything goes ok next cycle increase the clomid dose.

reason i say this is i've had real bad sides from clomid, so think its better to be cautious as pct meds have sides too.

So i should wait 2 weeks before starting my PCT as its test e ill be using,then start with 100mg of Nolva on the first day followed by 60mg for the next 10 or so days,then 40mg for the remaining 10-17 days?

Then add Clomid for the next cycle at a low dose.

Yes, 2 weeks/15 days (same thing really neither here nor there) after last Test E jab til PCT (usually 3x half-lives til PCT).

100mg Nolva IMO is a bit overkill - more like an 60/40/20 split for the length you say for 3-4 weeks total, or 80/40/20, but no need to go as high as you state IMO.

First cycles are always easiest to recover from, no need to "abuse" the ancillaries ie. PCT meds and go too high when not necessary. IMO after 3-4 cycles then you want to start introducing a weekly shot of 500IUs HCG from the very first week of your cycle to help recovery, as recovery gets harder and harder the more cycles you do generally speaking, so take advantage of the early cycle quick recovery rates.
